Is the call free?
Yes. 30 minutes, no charge, no obligation. If we're a fit we'll talk about scoping a Diagnostic or engagement at the end.
Who am I actually talking to?
A partner who has run boutique studios — not an SDR. Every inbound is read and answered personally.
Do I need to send data ahead of time?
Not required, but it makes the call sharper. A recent P&L and a one-month export from your studio software is ideal. Aggregate is fine.
Will my numbers stay confidential?
Yes. NDA on request, and we never share client data, names, or screenshots without explicit written permission.
What if I only have one studio?
Single-studio operators are welcome. The Diagnostic was built for owners between one and five locations.
What if I'm a franchisee or franchisor?
Both fit. We work with multi-unit franchisees and with emerging boutique franchisors on FDD-ready operating systems.
How fast will you reply?
One business day, Mon–Fri. You'll get two or three proposed times in the first response.
