By using StudioPulse you agree to these terms. A signed Master Services Agreement governs paid accounts and supersedes this summary.
Service
StudioPulse provides BI and analytics software for boutique fitness operators. We aim for 99.9% availability and publish incidents transparently.
Customer data
You own your data. We process it solely to provide the service under our Data Processing Addendum.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no resale without consent, no use that violates law or third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the MSA. On termination we provide a 30-day export window.
