How long does deployment take?+

Do you replace our existing studio software?+

No. StudioPulse sits on top of the platforms you already run and unifies them at HQ.

How is pricing structured?+

Per studio, in tiers. Volume discounts at 50 and 100 studios. Contact us for a quote.

Is our data used to train AI models?+

Never. AI Insights run in our isolated environment. Your data stays yours.

Can different brands roll up to one HQ view?+

Yes. Multi-brand rollups are core. You can also keep brand-level views fully isolated.

Do you support SSO and RBAC?+

Yes. SAML SSO (Okta, Google, Microsoft) and role-based access by brand, region, and studio on Scale and Enterprise.

What about SOC 2?+

SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. We can share our security packet, DPA, and architecture docs on request.

Can we export to our warehouse?+

Yes — Snowflake, BigQuery, or Postgres sync on Enterprise.
