StudioPulse provides business intelligence software to boutique fitness franchisors. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

Customer data ingested through integrations (e.g. Mindbody, ClubReady), account information for authorized users, and standard usage telemetry.

How we use it

To operate the service, generate analytics and AI insights for your account, and improve product performance. We never use customer data to train external AI models.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Sub-processors are limited to infrastructure providers under DPA.
